18/12/2020 | written by Enrico Nobile Complexity, combination and collaboration: the three "Cs" of product development in the post-COVID era We knew in advance that this edition of the ESTECO Users’ Meeting was going to be different, due to Trieste being selected as the European City of Science 2020. But as all know now, the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak changed everything and our event has thus undergone massive reorganization. Nevertheless, the ESTECO UM2020 success exceeded all expectations with more than 50 speakers, 300 online attendees and 60 onsite participants. The leitmotiv of this year’s talks might be summarized with the triple c, “CCC”: complexity, combination, and collaboration.
