Structural Optimization of a Car-body High Speed Train
The aim of the activity is the design of car-bodies structures for a new HS railways vehicle with the specific optimization target in terms of weight and dynamic behavior, respecting the static and fatigue structural requirements of the project. Starting from the CAD model of the current configuration, the FE parametric model will be developed and integrated into the optimization platform modeFRONTIER to achieve the requested goals.
