We’re excited to announce the launch of the 2024 ESTECO Academy video contest where students can showcase their creativity and innovation through visual storytelling.
The contest aims to bring the wealth of modeFRONTIER know-how in academia to light. With over 200 universities using our software solution in their education programs, engineering students worldwide are creating hundreds of inspiring optimization projects each year.
The contest is open to graduate, undergraduate and PhD students - individual and teams. Participants have time until April 30 to submit their 2-5 minute video. The three winners will be announced at an award ceremony during the ESTECO International Users’ Meeting 2024 which takes place on June 4-5 in Trieste, Italy.
A jury comprising experts from industry and academia will judge the videos and make their decision based on project complexity, original methodologies, innovative approach and design, focus on sustainability, and teamwork.
The best videos will be screened at ESTECO UM24 before an audience of engineering professionals and industry experts.
We can’t wait to see how students explore and communicate the transformative power of engineering and optimization.
